Located within the gated Sea Pines Plantation, this ground floor villa retreat is situated on the Heron Pointe Golf Course just a short stroll away from the world-renowned Harbour Town, where you may enjoy shopping, dining at the Quarterdeck Lounge or admiring the many yachts in the marina. The Harbour Town Golf Links hosts the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament annually in April.

There is ample room for guests to kick back and enjoy the magic of Hilton Head Island life. This villa features a chef's dream kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stunning quartz countertops, and a contemporary washer/dryer combo unit. The large dining area opens up to a private patio, overlooking the lush Heron Pointe Golf Course, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

You're just a trolley car ride away from pristine beaches, ocean view dining, picturesque golf courses and various boutique shopping. The Racquet Club Villas has a seasonal pool and world class tennis courts available.

The main bedroom has a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each have 2 twin beds and share a full bathroom. A starter kit of toilet paper, tissue and hand soap are provided, as well as towels and bed linens.

The kitchen is equipped with most everything you will need, including a coffee maker (basket filter), toaster, hand mixer and blender.

ITEMS TO NOTE:
Guests are required to purchase a weekly car pass for $20 (cash only) upon arrival at the main gate to the Sea Pines Plantation.

This villa has a no pets and non-smoking policy.

RENTALS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY. Rates listed are for 2025 only.

Note that the HOA regulations prohibit parking of commercially marked vehicles and trailers within the plantation. We kindly ask guests to plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
