As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

The villa is located in Seaside Villas a gated oceanfront complex within walking distance to the main tourist center (Coligny Plaza, The Tiki Hut, and lots of shopping and restaurants), and biking distance from lots more. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. The building is oceanfront and our villa is ocean view along the side.

Biking is the preferred mode of travel on Hilton Head. Bike rentals are just across the street or bring your own and use the racks under the building. There is a trolley service across the street that runs between most of the popular areas for a dollar a person. There are local free golf cart trolleys that runaround South Forest beach. Most things you need are in walking distance.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
