Thoughtful upgrades include a remodeled kitchen with all new top-of-the-line appliances, new countertops, and brand-new cabinets.

Start your tour with the expansive outdoor space, which includes two wraparound decks, ideal for morning coffee with a sunrise view - and a large, flagstone patio downstairs next to the pool. Choose a sunny spot or shady chaise for your afternoon nap, then have a dip in the pool, completely renovated in the spring of 2022. The outdoor dining area features a gas grill and bar seating, perfect for summer cookouts.

Inside, you’ll find lots of space to spread out. The main living area combines the expansive kitchen, living and dining areas. And, with wraparound, floor-to-ceiling windows, you’ll enjoy that ocean view no matter where you are. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything the chef could need to prepare a feast for a crowd, with ample counter space, including a separate island, abundant cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including two dishwashers. There’s room for everyone at mealtime between the island barstools and huge window-front table. Mix a cocktail at the wet bar in the living room each evening in time for sunset, then relax together with a bit of TV. Pop in a Blu-Ray for a family movie or choose separate shows on any of the seven streaming-capable TVs in the home.

Sleep will come easy in any of the six bedrooms. The primary suite on the main floor offers plenty of privacy, an en suite bath, and direct access to the deck. Downstairs you’ll find the remaining five bedrooms, including a secondary suite and a fun bunk room that the kids will love. More perks of this stunning home include free WiFi, an elevator, and central AC. If you do venture out, you’re around a mile from the shops, restaurants, and attractions of the Coligny Plaza area, with golf, mini-golf, nature preserves and more all an easy drive away. But with a stay so spectacular, you may not get far.

Please read our important pool heat information to help you have the best vacation possible! This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. At least seven days' notice must be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given. Please note there is a 7-day minimum to heat the pool.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
