This ocean view villa is the perfect escape, located on the top floor of a gated, oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head’s premiere South Forest Beach, just steps away from Coligny Beach. The beach is just steps through the parking lot! You're truly in the middle of the best Hilton Head has to offer.

Newly redecorated and remodeled (in February 2023). It offers direct ocean views, from sunrise to sunset, from the balcony and living room. It comes equipped with linens and starter necessities for your beach vacation!

Very warm and beachy feel. Loved the decor. Perfect space for two. Super close to the beach and shopping/restaurants. The beach is beautiful. We saw the dolphins as we walked along. Great place to relax/unwind!.

Cosy respite by the ocean

The condo is cosy and comfortable. We felt very much at home and loved the view of the beach and sunsets over the ocean.The location is close to shops and restaurants but far enough away from the crowds on busy beach days. It is also close to paths to walk or bike on.

Beach Trip

Loved our stay! Steps to the beach and we rented beach chairs and an umbrella so we didn't have to take the items provided to the beach. The hosts thought of everything in the kitchen - so impressed with the to go coffee cups and wine glasses that were beach friendly! Easy access and everything was communicated well and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again!!

An amazing honeymoon spot!

My wife and I had a great time at Hilton Head. We loved the beaches and restaurants. The VRBO location was really nice and located at a good spot in reference to the restaurants. The beach access was amazing too. The check in process was easy and our hosts were kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Location and perfection!

This place was perfect for my husband and I to get away! We have always rented a house in other areas of the island however being just the 2 of us and not wanting to drive this was PERFECT! Location was AMAZING!! 5 minutes and we were on the beach and could see dolphins in the ocean from the balcony! The bed was extremely comfortable and the attention to details such as extra hooks, outlets, bathroom shelf storage and cute beach cookies upon arrival made us feel at home and welcome. We walked to dinner at Coligny (The Sandbar was fantastic! Crab cakes and tacos were great!!) and enjoyed not having to drive. The use of the complimentary beach bikes was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Coligny Beach Condo

This cute third-story condo is in a great location—this was our first time to Hilton Head so we were grateful for the detailed guest book. The walkway to the beach from the complex made it super easy to watch the sunrise or walk to Coligny Plaza.

Enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful 3rd floor unit with a view of the ocean (beyond the parking lot directly below). Cute, attractive unit but also highly functional with thoughtful touches. Offers easy access to nearby shops & restaurants (the island isn’t very large) as well as the beach, via the boardwalk across the dunes with white sand as far as the eye can see. Stayed here for the Daufuskie Island Marathon and very glad we did. Overall great value, would definitely recommend.

Terrific location

We had a brief stay, but it was very enjoyable. We didn't receive our parking pass ahead of time, but I notified the host, and he left it in the unit for us, so it worked out fine. The location is wonderful - we ate meals at restaurants in Coligny, and never moved our car after arrival until we left. The weather was great, so we enjoyed walking. The balcony was comfortable with a view of the ocean we really enjoyed. The unit was very convenient to the elevator - an unexpected bonus when moving in and out!

Great location

The condo is small but well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is right off the beach but still within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet with almost no traffic noise. Note, however, that the area is very dark at night as there are no or very few street lights due to environmental concerns. Large leafy trees overhanging the sidewalks are very picturesque, but makes for limited visibility. Bring a flashlight if you intend to walk around at night.

Location, Location, Location

The condo was ready for us when we arrived and the check in procedure was simple, a code to the gate and door. The entrance was directly to the bedroom with a queen bed, followed by a hallway with entrance to the bathroom, and a combined living area with kitchen, dining. A very quaint apartment, and what a view from the balcony, of the ocean over the sand dunes. The property is in a 3 story complex (elevator included) with parking underneath the ground floor, a short walk on a board walk over the dunes to the beach. From there it was a short walk to the Coligny shopping district, many nice restaurants, and public beach. The ocean was still warm enough to swim in, and the beach seems groomed. The condo had everything a couple would need, a beautiful walk-in shower, even coffee pods and tea bags were provided by the host. The host contacted us immediately on the day of our check-in to make sure we found everything we needed. We did, and it was great. The sleeper sofa in the living room was not quite so comfortable, but we never find sleeper sofas to be very comfortable to sit on. The complex was very quiet.

Great stay in Hilton Head

This property is great for one or two people. Although on the third floor, there was easy access to an elevator or stairs. Access to the beach was very easy and it is a fabulous beach for walking. The kitchen, although small, was as well-equipped as many larger places we have stayed. Everything was very clean. Easy access to shopping and restaurants.
