The adjacent dining space seats 8 comfortably, with room for 3 more at the sleek kitchen island.

    The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, ample counter and cabinet space, and a Keurig coffee maker to start your mornings off right. The kitchen also has garage-style windows that open to the backyard!

    The primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, Smart TV, and a private spa-inspired bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms each feature a queen bed with a twin bunk above, Smart TVs, and share a modern bathroom with a tub/shower combo—perfect for families with kids.

    Pet Policy: This home is dog-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs MAX; 70 lbs per dog. If you are planning to bring your canine companion, there is an additional non-refundable fee of $225 per dog.

    Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

I can’t say enough good things about this home! From the moment we booked, communication with the owners was excellent, and the welcome goodies waiting for us were such a thoughtful surprise.The location was perfect—just a 4-5 minute walk to the beach, and being just north of Coligny Beach meant the beach was much less crowded while still being close to everything. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops were all less than a mile away, making it incredibly convenient.The house itself was clean, modern, and very well equipped. The furniture was comfortable, there were plenty of extra beach towels, and having two refrigerators made a huge difference for our family. We also loved the polished concrete floors—they were easy to keep clean after beach trips and stayed cool, which our English Bulldog absolutely loved on his first beach vacation! He doesn’t handle the heat very well, so those cool floors quickly became his favorite spot.The private pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. We spent hours enjoying it every day.One recommendation for future guests: rent bicycles! The area is perfect for riding, and it’s a great way to explore the island.We had a fantastic vacation and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend this property!

I normally do not leave reviews but we did experience some complications with this booking. Towards the end of our stay, the water was disconnected from the property! Sunset Rentals did a good job at working with the property owner and getting it back on, however, it was still off for four hours. There should be zero tolerance for any utilities being off at a vacation rental when there is a tenant expect for when it is caused by a natural disaster. Sunset rentals and the property owner blamed it on auto pay not going through or even the utility company. Any homeowner would know that a utility shutoff is not conducted when one auto pay does not go through. This a result of continuous notices to the property owner noting that payments were not being made. Sunset Rentals only offered a compensation of less than 200 (half a day's rate) and it still has not been processed! We have vacationed on HHI multiple times and we will not be staying at this property again because of this.
