"Cleaning crew is a little lax. Lots of spider webs and the TV did not work. They did fix that issue. They have a single serve coffee maker in the rooms but parts we missing so was unusable. "We've been to this property before... It's good for our annual trip from Georgia for an EIU and Illinois game. Glad we booked e.a.r.l.y. this year... who knew our Illini would be ranked #9!TVs are larger... rules are the same... no big surprises. We didn't use the house as our landing spot like before... ..."

"This is the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed in this home. I love that it is spotless. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. It’s close to all that Arthur has to offer. This year there were noticeable improvements that made it even better; new deck, fence, and landscaping. I highly recommend this home!"
