“We loved this charming house on the river! We attended a family reunion in the area and it was a wonderful location and so lovely to be near the running river and take a dip in the refreshing water. My only recommendation would be to add in the initial listing that there is a caretaker on property. That isn't listed on the listing and I didn't know about it until the check in instructions came. While not a bother at all during our stay, it isn't something I would usually care for to have a……

“Wonderful old house, very comfortable space for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. The host was communicative and responsive, although everything was so well-thought out on his part, we didn't have much need to talk to the hosts. Excellent location, less than five minutes to Great Barrington, and twenty to Tanglewood and Lenox. ”

“Otis reservoir is one of my favorite places on earth. Tracy's place is right on the water and having a dock to moor our 18 foot sport boat was fabulous. We sat by the fire pit on two separate evenings and use the grill as well. The cottage was extremely comfortable! Everyone remarked on what great night sleeps they got.The neighbors were also very friendly. It was a wonderful family vacation.”

“This house was the perfect get away house for out family! The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked! We had wonderful large family dinners and enjoyed heading into town for meals and fun too. We had the best hikes with are wonderful dog that we got to include, it was a very special week. Great location and the most peaceful and amazing views from the deck and the dock. And Marcia went above and beyond to ensure our stay was magical, including leaving us farm fresh eggs and some lovely wine to enjoy. ”

“This is a gem of a house. It is at the end of a dead end street and right next to a nature preserve, so quiet is the key word. Everything from communication with owner to arrival and departure was flawless. There are lovely treats and touches that made our stay so special - snacks, candy, excellent AC and super comfortable beds. Location is perfect for exploring area. We hope to return. ”
