滿懷希望入住此酒店，我預約了3人房間(雖然我只有2人) ，是應該有梳化床的那種，但給我是一間只有2張雙人床的那款，房間雖也頗大，但跟我預期的有些微落差，另外也期望窗外風景，但給我的是SOGO 的馬路景色。可能用Expedia訂的就是不似預期。但還好是員工的態度良好，房間也算整潔，早餐還算豐富。交通方面呢，要每天早上乘搭地面。電車到廣島駅再轉乘JR或新幹線，真的是不太方便廣島駅旁也有其他酒店，可能這些會方便啲

設備老化,廁所坐廁去水壞, 凌晨沒有技工處理 ,客戶服務反應慢 ,我們提出建議, 整件事處理得很差 自助早餐人數過多, 安排不足, 9點排隊,九點半才可入座 ,條龍都仲好長 ,我哋食到十點已經被催促 , 之前自助餐食品填補速度慢, 咖啡機没咖啡

I can not even begin to explain how much my group loved this place. We all wish that we had booked a longer stay in the area at this hotel. 10/10 stay. This is the prime location in Hiroshima as well as connected to a large shopping area. I definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our stay here. The hotel was luxurious and immaculate. Staff was super helpful and the room was enormous. Perfectly walkable to many of the major sites and only 10 minutes away from the train station. We intend to return to Hiroshima and definitely plan to stay here again.

Our rooms had a lovely view towards Hiroshima Castle. The bathrooms could use a reno; tile is dated and looks worn. The hotel is within walking distance of the Atomic Bomb dome, the Peace museum, Hiroshima Castle, and the museum of Art. The ferry terminal to Miyajima Island is also close by.

Great location. Hiroshima castle and Atomic bomb dome and museum are a 5 minute walk from hotel. Lobby of hotel looks impressive but rooms and bathroom very dated. We were on the 22nd floor and had a wonderful view facing the castle.
