「Excellent even the waitress can't speak English well. However, she is so passionate for our service.」

「The villa was nice and clean, but that’s all you get really. We paid extra for dinner 22 euro per person and was told that the restaurant is open until 10, we went for dinner at 8:30pm to be told by the chef there that they close at 9 pm. The food leftovers were rice with little chicken, peas and few peaces of salmon, no salads, no starters, literally nothing for 22euro. The staff was so rude, literally never seen this before. Next morning at check out we asked for a refund for our dinner and...

「Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique.」

「The hotel is in very good condition with a very harmonious environment. The access road may look authentic original, but my car for sure didn't appreciated. The staff was friendly, with no staff speaking English in the restaurant, but at least they had the menu available in English language. The food was good, with a nice presentation too. For a short stay, the options in the menu are sufficient, but for who is intending to spend longer period... they may need to consider other places to eat...

「Solo female traveller. The hotel is in a good location, easily accessible to everything. Super breakfast options. I had a cold and asked reception for some extra toilet roll. When I returned to the room, they had also left me extra blankets which was very thoughtful. All round, nice hotel and great value for money.」

「The absencs of the owner or manager on the premises to welcome us when we arrived bet 5-6 pm made our check-in, tricky , and finding parking more difficult. The TV did not work. The next day, the manager, was delightful. The location was excellent.」
