"This resort is for families and learn some Spanish before you go. It is clean and beautiful rooms depending on where you stay you will have to ride to the beach and there is no one organizing the passages. People were rude and we had to wait 3 times to get a seat to ride back to our room. The pool area there were a lot of empty cups and most of the time there was only one person working at counters."

"We recently stayed at Ocean Blue & Sand Beach Resort in Punta Cana, and overall it was a nice and comfortable experience. From the airport, we took a prepaid taxi for $50 instead of the shuttle service. It was definitely worth it because it was much faster and more convenient. The drive to the resort took about 35 minutes. The first impression at check-in was a little disappointing because we did not receive any welcome drink, and no one really welcomed us when we arrived. It felt a bit odd for an all-inclusive resort. However, the lobby itself was very large, beautiful, and comfortable. There is a nice bar in the center of the lobby which gives the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice balcony. One thing I really liked about the resort design was the U-shaped layout. There are separate back roads behind the rooms that employees use, so guests can enjoy the main resort areas peacefully without too much worker traffic around. One thing to be careful about is the timeshare presentation area near the main dining hall. Staff members may strongly encourage you to attend a presentation in exchange for gifts or discounts. Personally, we preferred to spend our vacation time relaxing instead of attending a 2-hour sales presentation. The resort has several restaurant options, but overall the food choices felt somewhat limited, and most of the time we ended up eating at the buffet. Among the specialty restaurants, the Japan"

"Overall, my experience at this hotel was not as expected. One of the biggest issues was being approached multiple times (three separate occasions) by staff trying to sell me additional “offers” or packages. I clearly stated the first time that I was not interested, yet they continued. This took away from my ability to relax and enjoy my stay. Customer service, in general, was disappointing. From check-in to interactions with waitstaff and the sales representatives, the level of service did not meet expectations. The “all-inclusive” offering was also misleading. Many activities required additional payment—bowling, virtual reality experiences, and even the surf simulator in the pool area. The drink selection was very limited, with only one red wine and one white wine available, and some of the better alcohol options were not openly displayed. The only positive aspect was the food, which was good. Overall, I would not return to this hotel."
