"Las instalaciones están bien y la mayoría del staff es bien amable, la playa esta muy bien mantenida, veníamos por un cumpleaños y nos decoraron la habitación y los pusieron amenidades. Cabe mejorar los tragos, pero la comida es increíble y pasen por la tienda de helados que es una delicia"

"Es un hotel bonito pero muy aburrido le falta diversión no dejan que los empleados interactúen con los huésped pareciera trabajan asustados en el área del sport bar deberían tener algun snack en fin no me gustó para nada en el área de la piscina apenas ponen música lo que dan es ganas de irse del hotel aburrido"

"Desde que llegas solo quieren venderte una miembresía a Xpand, que si no los detienes a tiempo no te dejan vacacionar en paz. Muy pocos empleados amables, hasta los ví discutiendo entre ellos. Todo lo de metal en los baños de la habitación estaba oxidado. Nunca vaciaron los zafacones de la habitación. Lo promocionan como un hotel familiar, pero todos los baños tienen cristal en el area de la ducha que se ve quien esté bañandose desde las camas. No vuelvo y en general no lo recomiendo."

"There was a bartender very rude, he’s name is Luis, was Tuesday, my husband asked for a a beer and he wanted to use a cup that he took from the bag that have all the dirty cups with out rinsing it out, when my husband asked him to at least wash it, he got very upset and rude, some of the employees needed to be more friendly, we had been to a different resort and there’s a lot different kind of people more friendly and supportive"

"The resort was clean, the room was clean and staff were amazing! Everyone was invested in making sure everything went smoothly and that me and my family stayed enjoying our vacation. The only downside is it’s hard to get a reservation to the steakhouse and hibachi restaurants but overall I give it 5 Stars!"

"The Hotel itself is beautiful. Great views and beach. However tons of seaweed and what bothered me most were the flies all over the food. I hardly ate because of how disgusted I was. The food could've also been better."
