“Woke up with multiple bites all over body and shower was absolutely not cleaned . There was no soap in pumper shampoo bottle. This is an upscale trying to be luxury hotel. The valet driver was stoned out of his mind. Only reason I gave 2 star was restaurant was actually really good. After seeing Amarillo this is better then most any other hotel around . Just be prepared for bug bites.”

“Room was very clean. We didn't run into any problems at all. We didn't have opportunity to have a breakfast since we left very early. Property has on site parking, paid, $15 per night. For the price of the room you pay it could be complimentary.”

“Weird smell in the 4th floor hallway… My room had a faint cigarette smell with a tinge of perfume and regret. Probably will stay elsewhere when I come back.”

She requires some mobility accommodations, and I ordered an accessible room. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was right off the lobby, which made it very easy to get her settled. “Comfy clean and reasonable”

“We arrived at this hotel at midnight, much later than we had would have liked. Initially, we had booked a cabin, but due to the dirty bedding and the absence of a property manager or staff, we were forced to leave. We were exhausted, having traveled for 11 hours with three kids. Walking into the hotel felt like a breath of fresh air. We are a party of five, and we had booked a two-bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, two queen-sized beds, a living room, and a kitchen/dining area. The……
