“The view was amazing. Quiet and secluded. Not much for food nearby. The room was clean and a nice size. When we had the t.v. on it echoed. The hotel could put some more furniture in the room to help with this. Bed was a little hard for us and small. The hotel could have easily put a king bed in the bedroom. Kitchen was nice. Having a full size fridge and silverware was great. I wish they would have invested in to an actual microwave. Not everyone has the patience to figure out how to use a……

“Everything was phenomenal. They do a scavenger hunt for the kiddos and also provide snores kits for the fire pits. So much fun. Our view wasn’t the best but we weren’t in the room much anyway.”

“This is the second time I have stayed here. The first time I was in a standard room which was perfect. This time around we had family in town and we did a girls weekend. We rented the 2 bedroom suite with Mountain View. The kitchen and bathrooms were stalked with everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for a family. “Due to Deer Valley Ski Resort closing earlier than expected because of the warmer than usual temperatures, certain amenities were not open….SPA, Italian On-site restaurant and Skiing itself was closed with-out notice, which impacted our stay and wish we were notified beforehand. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The complementary shuttle service and staff was very good getting us around town and were attentive. ”

“A great deal for a basic room - clean, as expected mostly. Only issue we had was very poor drainage in the bathroom (room #110). Water pooled across the whole tile floor immediately, and it was VERY slippery. Shower needs a retaining wall or much better spray curtain.”

“Zermatt is based on a german town of the same name, and strives to emulate the same ascthetics. In this regard, it succeeds. But I suspect that, after Covid hit, it never fully recovered. There are empty buildings, small aspects that require attention, and outdated signage. Also, the spa is not complementary.”
