The main thing that I liked about this property was that it was very well kept and very quiet. The location was perfect for me only about a 15 minute cab ride to the city center. The staff were extremely nice and helped me with anything that I asked. I will be staying in this hotel again.

ホーチミンの中心部なので、街歩きなどの目的ならば、安くて綺麗なので、おススメですが、マイナスポイントは二つ。 1.私は足が悪いので、トイレと洗面場への段差がある為に、足をひっかけてケガをした事。 2.支払いにアメックスが使えなかった事。

We arrived at the hotel which is nice to look at and the staff are friendly but that’s as good as it gets. The room wasn’t very clean at all. We even found a used condom in the sheets on the last day when packing up. Floor hadn’t been vacuumed properly. Oh and no HOT WATER....... they said we are sorry that was it for all of it!!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!

시내에서 조금 떨어져 있는 단점은 있지만 아침 식사 훌륭하고 카운터에 한국어 가능한 직원이 근무하고 있어 매우 편리했음. 와이파이도 빠르고 객실도 넓고 옥상 식당에서의 메콩(?)강 전망도 좋음.

Good Hotel but far away from the centre

Good Hotel - just do not make any appointments via the phone. They are not able to speak understandable English. The breakfast is not up to european standards, the coffee is awful. The beds are very good and the rooms are very clean.

Nice hotel

Big room with wide city views. Very conformable. Nice staff with patience. Breakfast on the roof restaurant is delicious and very cozy with beautiful, bright city / river views. The only weakness is the location. About 20 mins to the city center by taxi. Very few restaurants around the hotel. However, the restaurant on the roof of the hotel provides good Korean and Vietnamese food.

Very Satisfying Stay in Charm Suit Saigon!!!

The room is one of the best I stayed so far. Its spacious, clean, comfortable and the view from my window is Fantastic (no blockage and overlooking the river). Other than the gym is a little let down, no pool and the location is in small road (no issue as taxi is easily available, I would say the cost of stay is a real bargain! Lets not forget the service personnel, they are very polite and helpful. Great job!

COMPLETELY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH NO PRIVACY AT ALL...

The area is totally unacceptable and far from everything and so hard to find as it seem hidden, the reception came up to my room asking me if I have lady in my room, that was absolutely unacceptable act from a receptionist as she should never do that, ,however, she did apologize to that as well as her supervisor but it was too late because I have already booked 5 stars hotel and request a check out immediately after being checking in, I do not tolerate anyone intrude my privacy, they are not allowed or must register any lady who come to visit a guest, then they should do that when any lady get inside the hotel not coming knock the room disturbing a guest asking if he has lady inside or not, they tried to convince me to stay longer but unfortunately it was too late cause I booked already 5 stars hotel, I am very sorry but I will never ever come back to this hotel as the price was higher then it should be for such location and treatment for the VIP guests ...

Absolut zu empfehlen.

Tolles Hotel. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick über den Fluss Sai Gon. Wirklich sehr gutes Frühstück, vietnamesische, chinesische und westliche Gerichte. Man kommt mit Uber oder Grab für 120T Dong zum Flughafen und für 60T Dong ins Zentrum.

Overall good clean hotel. Have stayed a few times and service gets worse so won't stay again. Nothing within walking distance and food at hotel is basic.

Beds so small and dusty

First the bed is so freeking dam small. The room is also so dusty even after cleaning the floor still have rubbis.On the other hand the buffet breakfast was amazing the food was fresh and delecious and amazing!
