above average and meet the expectation
Bathroom shower facility seems not working so well, but the overall decoration is good. The bed frame is a bit shaky and the sound isolation (internal with other room & external to the street) is not good enough. The environment is quite convenient for tourists.

located at good location and room is very new
the room is very new with nive renovation. but the door lock of the room allocated to me id out of order. it was repaired for a few time. new roomwas only available in the next day.

我們住的是deluxe twin,本來都不錯，共住四晚，但發覺打掃得不夠淸潔，自助早餐味道不好，並沒有適時加添食物，若然遲一些去，只剩下一點點食物，令人不想進食。房間的三合一咖啡和茶包也要收費，不大合理，在酒店完成按摩服務後，人員硬要收取規定的小費，極不合理，故不會推薦給朋友。

Generally clean and pleasant for a night's stay. Service staff was not too friendly or helpful, however, when I requested for some help. It could be due to a lack of English comprehension.
