Pleasant hotel for the most part. Room was kept clean, breakfast was ok though as a vegetarian they didn't really cater for that and I had a choice of eggs, roll or sweet cakes. Was adequate but not amazing. Room was spacious, bathroom fine as well.

After a long stayed at the property (24 nights). I came away with a truly impress of the service which provided by the crew of five ladies (Hang, Tien, Thuy, Luu and Binh). They are a hard-working crew and always service the customer with utmost care and professionally. I appreciated that. The front desk crew are nice as well. The room which we stayed is adequate. One of the bed mattress which I slept on is a bit worn out which caused my back hurt a bit ( the springs/coils of the bed ). I have mentioned this to the staff but was told that all matresses have been replaced at the beginning of the year (which to me a bit dismay??). It would be nice that the room has an microwave inplace (in comparison to other room where they have had). The breakfast selection could be better as after 24 nights of stays (6 choices). It (choices) become stale/boring.

Emerald Central is a hidden gem as tourist sites are within walking distance. In the neighborhood, we found a number of "Michelin 2024" rated restaurants as the food was excellent. Thanks to the staff for making our stay comfortable, their kindness and amazing breakfast! A shout out to Danny, the hotel manager who went above and beyond with his recommendations (food, shopping, Grab taxis, etc.) plus his guidance in navigating around the city. We highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a quieter hotel away from busy district 1.
