Staff very helpful, room was exceptionally clean and bed was comfy. Only the banging from the construction sight in the morning was a problem but thats not the hotels fault

I would praise the manager and staff for their excellent care about guests. Got room upgrade with great view of the river. Breakfast was awesome, a lot of choices and as a Vietnamese, I approve the quality of the hotel's Vietnamese food. Highly recommended!

The Stay was lovely and a really good location. Room was clean but is begining to show signs of needing refurbishment. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was a good spread. The roof top pool was a hit, but the price of food and beverages were a little on the pricey side for Vietnam.

Really clean rooms, staff were very professional, attentive and when we had a flight delay, very accommodating. It was in such a good location you could walk everywhere and the view over the river from the top was well worth it. Great value for money!

This is a fabulous hotel in a lovely area. Our room had a river view. Plenty of options in the area to eat and drink. Shopping about a 5-10 minute walk. The breakfast had lots of choices. I’d stay again!

We didn't use the pool, but the sky bar was good, the room was good and towels etc changed every day, no complaints from us, we did book a river view, and we got a building site view as building was going on and boards were covering the view of the river.
