We booked two rooms at Nicecy Saigon Hotel and were genuinely impressed. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean—something I always prioritize when choosing a hotel. What truly made our stay memorable was the staff. The room was very small but neat, modern and extremely clean. It feels very safe, with access cards provided. There is no reception on site, but staff are easy to contact via WhatsApp. They send a link to check in online, and you will receive a code for the lockbox where you can pick up your access card. The process is very smooth and convenient. Communal restrooms are located on the first and fifth floors, with communal restrooms on each floor. However, the water pressure in the bathroom on the fifth floor could be improved.

혼자 4일을... 수영장이 작은 사이즈(내 기준으로)이지만 관리도 잘되어서 좋아요. 개인적으로 사우나가 없어서 살짝 아쉬웠네요.. 혼자 호캉스를 하려한것이라... 나머지는 가격대비 만족합니다. 직원들 모두 친절한 미소를 갖고있어요. 감사합니다.
