Was advertised incorrectly as having a pool when it did not. Was unhappy about no hot water at night and the room bathroom was not clean.

Thank you very much for your staying. Your assessment is the motivation for us to serve you better. However, you have confused us with another hotel, we do not have a swimming pool and have never advertised that we have a swimming pool as well. We use a central hot water system so all rooms have hot water 24/7. We checked your room and the hot water is normal.

緊鄰大馬路的巷道裡，鬧中取靜，沒有多餘的吵雜聲影響睡眠，周邊當地小吃及美食中心皆近在咫尺非常方便家庭或是背包客入住。

The staff were very helpful getting an airport taxi but reception was infrequent manned& communication was via WhatsApp.I have stayed at this property 8 times in the last 10 years & it’s now being run on skeleton staff which is inadequate.the room was only cleaned when asked so I had to buy toilet rolls & water&.cleaning was below my standards.Sadly I won’t rebook there again

Your continued support means a lot to us.However, there is a misunderstanding here, we would like to explain that we clean the room every day as well as replenish toilet paper, toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, welcome drink... every day.The only thing is that on the last day, we didn't clean your room because you didn't want to. Your relative told us that you are tired and want to rest. To ensure your privacy and rest, we only enter your room with your consent.Furthermore, we create many communication channels such as WhatsApp, Line, Zalo, Facebook... for your convenience. You don't need to leave your room to meet us at the reception like before. Just send a message, all your requests will be met.Once again thank you for your review and for becoming a member of the Ngoc Minh family!

When we arrived at 9 am it took about 10 minutes to gain entry as the door now has a secure lock & reception is not manned 24/7 .However we were given a WhatsApp contact on entry / door code & any requests/information answered quickly & always extremely helpful including taxi to the airport .There was no welcome drink but water in the room first day.Clean comfortable quiet room in good location

A good place to crash!
The staff were lovely and the hotel is quite well situated. Don't expect much from the rooms (although if there is something you like, everything in the room is for sale), but if you're looking for a place to stay whilst visiting the town, that's the place for you.

security lock box in room, ac (it was weak in my room but a wall fan helped a lot), elevator, outside noise was not a factor, great location, laundry services across the alley (10 feet away, 40k dong for 2kgs), Anna was very helpful with finding places to eat specific foods and arranging transportation to the airport. 24 hr check in/out.

Alles in allem stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis absolut. Wer mehr erwartet muß woanders unterkommen und mehr bezahlen. Sehr freundliches Personal, absolut hilfsbereit. Klasse Frühstück auf der Dachterasse. Und die Lage: man kann von hier aus fast die ganze Innenstadt zu Fuß erkunden!

Not great. While the room was large the only window was in the bathroom. Also it wasn't a window but an opening which other rooms Windows looked down on. We could hear other people use the bathroom and one poor mans distressed Bowles. A poorly placed mirror also meant you could see the person sat on the toilet if you were in bed. We had to ask for towels and our room was not cleaned on the first day. Pillows had blood marks on them too. The receptionist also used a spare guest bedroom to use the logo and have a sleep on the bed. Location is good as it is near backpacks street so lots of food choice but is quiet too.

It is a pleasure to announce that we will be implementing many of these upgrades to the property within the next couple of months. Our rooms will be getting new mattresses, new telephone, safe deposit box, in-room accessories, and much more! In taking great care of our charming hotel, our main priority is to be able to offer a very well-maintained and comfortable atmosphere. Also, we have small room using for our staffs only where they can take a rest on the bed at the lunch time. The room is located behind the reception deck, so you saw our staff room and misunderstanding this is a guestroom I hope that I can convince you to change your mind about another visit to our property. I greatly appreciate your comments about aspects of our service that need updating. We want to explain for you on the airport shuttle services that is the private luxury car for your family only with the driver who will wait you two hours at the airport gate to welcome, and pick you up right away. Also, it is two ways trip so its price must be higher comparing with the public taxi or bus which you have to share car with others and it take your time to wait and follow the bus/taxi schedule.

日本のみならず世界各地のバックパッカーが訪れる宿。スタッフの方も非常に親切で安心して宿泊することができました。また、ブイビエン通りから徒歩2分程度でリッチも非常によく大満足でした。

2泊したがホテル側の都合で1泊だけ広い部屋にアップグレードされた。ただ少し広いだけで、特にメリット無し。部屋を移らなければならないので面倒なだけ。外の音がうるさい。冷蔵庫が冷えない。テレビリモコンがない、など。あまり良い印象は持てなかった。

Halvahko hotelli keskellä "menoa" mutta täysin hiljainen öisin. Vastapäätä löytyy halpa pesula ja vieressä hyvä pho paikka sekä muita huonompia ruokapaikkoja. Useampi baari lähellä ja kävelykatu täynnä menoa 100m pääsaä. K circle kauppoja ja automaatteja lähellä. Mukavuus ja viihtyvyys mukava.

Great time in Saigon!
Our stay was great in this Hotel! The hotel was located in a good area, there was lot of things to do in walking distance. The room cleaness was good, though the hotel was bit old. Our ac kept bit of a annoying noise on the last day but overall experience was great and for the price it was a good hotel! Would recommend

Hotelli oli ihan ok, ei kauheasti kehuja, muttei haukkujakaan. Henkilökunta tuntui olevan hiukan omissa oloissaan, ei keskittynyt kunnolla asiakkaisiin. Osa työntekijöistä myös puhui hyvin huonosti englantia. Pyysimme aulassa heitä tilaamaan taksin, mutta sähellyksen jälkeen päädyimme etsimään sen itse. Hotelli on pienellä sivukujilla suuremman kadun varressa, joten kaikki tarvittava kyllä löytyi lähistöltä. Nähtävyydetkin olivat hyvin kävelymatkan päässä. Sijainnista siis iso plussa. Huoneen piti olla kaupunkinälöalalla, mutta ikkunasta näkyikin vain toisen talon katto. Paikka vaikutti ihan perussiistiltä, vähän tunkkainen haju ehkä. Sängystä löytyi pari pientä muutahaista, toivon tosiaan ettei niitä kipittänyt sen enempää.. Aamupala oli hyvin pelkistetty, mutta kelpasi hyvin. Varsinkin kun se tarjoiltiin talon kattoterassilla

The location is at the backpacker area. Easy to reach by airport bus or walking distance to nearby busy street. Room is clean and provide in house parking. The hotel provide a free computers in lobby for guest use, small charge (2000 Dong or about $0.10) if printing need. Could choose one out of few variety set for free breakfast and some fruits and drink.

Basic but ok
Our room was extremely small, fairly basic but clean. Breakfast on the roof top terrace was fine. We arranged a 2 day trip to the Mekong Delta through the hotel & were able to leave our large luggage there to collect after the tour. For a no frills overnight stay everything was fine but for more than one night it would be too cramped. Staff were all pleasant & welcoming.
