Hotel room is clean and comfortable. The hotel location is a bit far away from center of Q1. Too far to walk, must take taxi.

房間空調不冷，調到攝氏二十二度還是不冷。行政樓層申請延後退房，時間還沒到房卡就失效無法達成電梯跟入房！行政樓層的輕食午茶等很普通沒幾樣種類。蘇打水沒了都不會補上。早餐也普普通通。唯一的優點就是地點好。

Nice clean hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh city
Nice clean hotel, seafood buffet is good. Room size is ok. Check-in took forever and the staff forgot my request. Me and 2 of my friend are staying in this hotel, I got there at 12:30pm, staff said check-in time is 2pm, so we went out for lunch. We got back at 2:15pm, only 1 room is ready. So we all stay in that 1 room to wait for the other 2 room. I specific told the front desk to give us a call and bring the key-card up to us when the 2 rooms are ready. We waited until 3pm and call the front desk. They said the room is still not ready, need another 15 mins. 45 mins passed, we call again. They totally forgot about this. Overall the experience there is ok (except the check in). Will I stay there again? I am not sure. Maybe I will spend a little more and try out a better hotel
