退房的服務非常不好，等待時間長，房間檢查完成也沒主動告知，停車卡退房後未主動歸還，回頭要了還給錯誤的。退房一共花30分鐘，來回跑四趟。 很差的體驗。

Overall experience is good, but the only problem we found was that a pair of used slippers packed together with a new one in the wardrobe. But the service counter delivered a new pair to us quickly so it is OK.

다른 분들의 후기를 참고해서 7군에 처음으로 숙박을 하였는데 상당히 만족스러웠다. 장점 : 객실이 비교적 오래되지 않았고 깨끗함. 침대가 아주 편안함. 대형몰이 바로 옆이라 편리함. 1군에 비해 숙소에서 상당히 정숙함. 단점: 시설에비해 로비가 비교적 협소함. 참고로 조식뷔페는 메뉴가 매일 바뀌어서 좋았음.

No receipt issued
I am satisfied with the hotel itself as the rooms are clean and the surrounding environment is good. However, no matter how many times I tell them, the mistake of not issuing a receipt continues. Since I only made the reservation online and paid at the reception on the day, I had to get a hotel receipt issued, but there was one employee who refused to do so. Please educate them again so that they understand correctly and check how payments are being made.

部屋にはキッチン，洗濯機、冷蔵庫、カトラリーと直ぐにでも生活できそうです。 隣接してコンビニ、２２時まで開いてるショッピングモールがあります。歩いてコリアンタウン。マッサージ等もあります。歩いて行ける範囲は治安も，良かったです。歩いて高島屋、マーケットには行けませんが、 ここを拠点にツアーなど行く方にはお勧めです。
