Great location. Lots of cafe and restaurants within walking distance. Staff across board are always friendly and helpful. Rooms, gym room are always clean. I visit HCM every 3-4 months, and I always stay at Renaissance Riverside.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance and would highly recommend it! The staff were absolutely wonderful and couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we were well looked after. I would especially recommend the Lounge experience. The views were stunning, the selection of food was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Thao, Mini, Rhu and Lan Chi were especially helpful and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality and exceptional service really made our experience memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning!

The whole stay in Renaissance including their staff was marvelous. Staff were so accomodating in terms of our room needs. Food were superb specially the food lounge. Cleaning crew included. Will definitely go back in no time.
