房間很乾淨，大小很舒適。隔音不太好，清潔人員在走廊上的對話以及隔壁房客關門的聲音都能聽的很清楚。位置很方便，價格也很親民。服務人員非常親切且說英語，溝通沒有問題。

Nice hotel with cheap price, clean ,and nice staff
The hotel is in a good location, it's near the famous tourist attractions ( walk 10 mins will arrive the Nha Tho Saigon and Post Office). The hotel is in a warm tone and the room is clean, the water for bath is hot enough, the bed are comfortable. Also, the breakfast is nice and the staff are very helpful.

非常乾淨舒適, 服務人員非常有禮, 早餐很好吃, 飯店位置也不錯, 走路15分鐘內可以到主要景區; 缺點是入住那天似乎外面有點吵, 沒法完全隔音

性價比很好的hotel,會再入住
櫃臺的應對給客人的感覺是很重要，該hotel的這次業務出差住五天，感受是好的，前檯女服務員的對應服務很好，解說也很有耐心，我給很高的評價，但是男服務生的態度就不好了，可能是小費文化的原因吧？早餐變化度很少，長時間(三天以上)入住會受不了，所幸周邊的餐廳也不少，在接受範圍，再回到越南會再考慮入住

전체적인 숙소 컨디션은 좋습니다. 단 저층 발코니쪽에서 자서 그런지, 새벽 2~3시까지 오토바이 소리, 대화 소리가 그대로 들려서 잠을 제대로 자지 못했습니다. 그 외는 만족합니다.

Worst hotel ever, old and dirty…worst staff!
This is the worst service that in 20+ years traveling I have ever received. I got a confrmatiom with a picture of a room and they gave me a completely different one. When I showed them they said it was not their fault but hotels.com fault. I was coming from a long continental flight and asked the front desk to please fix it. The guy and the girl at front desk just wasted time, did not help and then the guy said to cancel that they would refund me. I booked a different hotel and they denied to have said that although there was a camera. They did not want to show the recording and the manager on the phone hanged up on me! I never got refunded!!! The property is way older than what it looks and staff is the worst I ever experienced…pool was not even accessible! A nightmare and they are very dishonest just to keep some extra money!
