Highly recommended
Fabulous hotel with good service. Excellent location, close the the piers with lots of nice restaurants in 5 min. Although it’s a heritage hotel, maintenance is good. Facilities are welly managed.

整體來講是完美，沒有可以批評的地方！尤其地點静中帶旺，十分方便！員工的服務更要加分！房間整潔乾淨！差不多二佰年歴史的古建築更令人驚嘆！

莎拉曼卡市集邊的古典舒適酒店
酒店就在莎拉曼卡市集邊上,如果你選擇週五入住是個超棒的決定。有個免費的停車場，雖然在一個坡道旁邊但行李進出方便，絶對是個加分點。房間空間大而且床非常好睡，這個是不可或缺的。早餐15元澳幣是自助型，若要熱食需加十元加點，但咖啡很棒，而且環境很古典寧靜。

Historical feel
We stayed in a family suite for 2 days, good enough for 4 of us. Staff are friendly. It is an old building but looks good and room facilities are fine. The restaurant decoration is classic and beautiful. The location is convenient and easy access to places of interests and your meeting points.

Highly-Recommended Stay
Beautiful hotel converted from a historic building with renovated & cozy interior. Fittings and furnitures are new, neat and tidy. Free-parking provided. Excellent location with just a 2-min walking distance to Salamanca Market (open on Saturdays only) and many good restaurants also within just a 10-min walk. My room enjoyed the unobstructed city view with Mt. Wellington at the far end. Highly recommended if visiting Hobart.

環境寧靜，舒適方便，服務員親切有禮，酒店外觀非常古典，內部裝飾好靚，我都影咗好多靚相留念。
本人住了3晚，早餐十分簡便，我都加了少少錢，叫一份熱辣辣嘅早餐來吃，真的好好味，值得值得！服務員都好有禮貌，好熱誠招待。酒店附近環境清幽，餐廳林立，只係來回酒店都要經過一個小暗斜路，但是還可以的。酒店有快速自助洗衣乾衣機，只係澳幣10元，不算貴，洗完後，衣服乾淨之餘，仲有淡淡的香味。呢間酒店真的好值我推薦一下。

The advert is better than the property, advert shows a pool, misleading! It is dated, and one serving staff was rude, others helpfull. Convenient for town centre. Beds and shower good, but didnt always get new sheets or bed made. But overall not bad value.

Appreciate the helpful, professional checkin service and welcome free bottle of wine, free parking and enjoyed the stay. However it was sad that we found glasses and plates were not clean in the room. Hoping not have had the experience.

Location is everything about this hotel. So convenient to walk everywhere and do not miss exploring Battery Point and the wonderful cafes. Arthur Circus for resting and enjoying the view of Mount Wellington. Our room overlooked the harbour as we watched the cruise ships. Clean, lovely bathroom and comfy bed. We stayed 7 nights and loved our time here. We took advantage of happy hour with a game of chess loving the ambience of the old house. Choose this hotel you will not be disappointed !!!

Great stay in Hobart
Gorgeous updated historic mansion overlooking the harbor. Very convenient to harbor area with market, bars and restaurants. Really enjoyed staying here and with Hotels.com booking got a complimentary bottle of wine in the room, very nice.

We stayed in a harbour-facing family suite for one week. It was a thoroughly relaxing and comfortable stay in a beautiful hotel that combined classiness with a bit of old-world charm. Spacious rooms, gorgeous view, lovely quiet location, and an easy walk to Salamanca Place as well as the awesome eateries on Hampden Road. Most importantly, Lenna provided free on-site parking. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful unique hotel. Great central location BUT the hills are steep for anyone with a walking or mobility issue (the hotel is located up steep slopes from the CBD, port and tourist areas. Staff were excellent. No complaints at all..

Beautiful property but improvements required
Stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon. Beautiful property and gardens. Rooms are quite dated but comfortable bed. Highly disappointed in the “continental breakfast” that was included in our $300 per night, options were white toast with jam or cereal, no fresh fruit or hot food - not what you expect for the price you pay to stay here.
