Fantastic location on Queen Street, Sandy Bay, 140 metres walk from cafes, restaurants and shops. Great street and quiet location, yet so close to Hobart's attractions, Salamanca, beach, nightlife, and public transport.
Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
The space
Situated right in the heart of Sandy Bay, this updated one bedroom apartment provides the perfect base for those looking to enjoy the proximity of Sandy Bay to the CBD with the added benefit of being within walking distance to parks, beaches, cafes, bars, Salamanca and surrounds.

Positioned on the top floor of a quiet complex, the apartment offers a spacious and sun filled living room. You will be toasty warm throughout winter with heaters provided in both the lounge room and bedroom.

The neatly presented kitchen benefits from ample storage and easily services the adjacent open living and dining space, making entertaining guests a breeze. The bedroom is surprisingly spacious and benefits from a Queen sized bed, large built in robe along with an integrated study nook.

The easily accessible bathroom offers a shower, toilet and vanity and incorporates a laundry space for added convenience.

Modest apartment and lovely area.

This is a terrific apartment about 20 minutes walk from CBD. Quiet (at back of building), comfy bed, well equipped kitchen. Especially appreciated that Natalie left us 1l. milk in the fridge! Lovely neighbourhood for strolling and shopping. Had a wonderful meal at Don Camillo’s! Beach just about 2 blocks away!

Excellent facilities and location

Really well appointed apartment, all necessary equipment was supplied. Clean and well maintained. Pleasant and convenient location. Only criticism is that the shower taps require attention, probably need new washers? Otherwise ideal, would certainly recommend to friends.

I stayed at this property for work for a 2 week period. It was comfortable, homely and had everything I needed to make the stay pleasant. Great location, quite complex and everything from checking in to checking was easy. I would recommend to others and stay again in the future.

Bright, spacious and very comfortable

The apartment block looks unremarkable from the outside, but inside the apartment it’s really nice: stylish furniture, perfect bed, well-stocked kitchen, good TV and a collection of DVDs, large windows with a nice view and all the little touches that make you feel at home. Great location, and Natalie provided very detailed instructions to get inside and useful information on where to eat and what to do. Highly recommended!

Excellent place to stay

Good location for the centre of Hobart but also some interesting cafes and shops just up the road. Do take a walking tour and do take the boat to MONA. We spent 10 days in Hobart and could have spent far longer.
