Location was ideal so easy to access so many tourist sites plus great places to eat in the area. Booked Villa parked (free) at the door. Clean facilities also helped with washing machine. Our unit was near main road found early morning trucks a little noisy. The property has amazing walks and ground facilities. Yes would stay again if back in Hobart.

Great staff. Clean comfortable room. Rooms are not the most sound insulated but some guests also just dont care. The parking, especially those near the restaurant and reception are often taken by dining guests. If you go out, dont expect a park near your room. Maybe room guest parking signs could help eliminate this problem. Overall is a good place to stay. It suits our needs, good price and for us, convenient for our needs. Have stayed there a number of times. We are happy.

Clean, tidy basic stay. Too noisy next to the laundry room. Personally I don’t like the ducks. Poop every where and beg for food. Good for a quick stay when needed.

Great location however.... Room does not look like it has been updated since the 70s. It was a particularly cold night and I only had a small portable panel heater in my room which was used on full the whole time and barely took the chill out of the room

Staff are sensational and a real asset The restaurant has very good food and a nice menu to select from. Food is tasty, well cooked and presented. Prices are very good. Have stayed there many times and its our "go to" for accommodation in Hobart. Easy to find, easy access and not in the busy centre of the city, but it is on the main road.
