「Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...

「The apartment was very clean and large. With up to 6 personer being able to stay there. Two bathrooms was excellent. With a trampoline and a pool just outside made a large positive difference for the youngest kids. The pool was maintained daily and nicely clean. Also very convenient to have a pizzaria/restaurant right below the apartment. Very nice staff. Considering the price, I highly recommend this place. 」

「Unser Aufenthalt im Arosa Straubinger in Bad Gastein war rundum wunderbar. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam, und das Hotel selbst ist ein wirklich besonderer Ort. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Frühstück im ehemaligen Ballsaal – eine tolle Atmosphäre und eine sehr gute Auswahl. Auch die Zimmer sind wunderschön gestaltet und haben viel Charme. Für uns persönlich wäre es schön gewesen, wenn der Wellnessbereich etwas länger geöffnet hätte. Außerdem hätte ich mich über ein Dampfbad...

「Das Zimmer war mehr als inakzeptabel. Es war der Switch (WLAN Verteiler) im Zimmer. Dieser hat durchgehend laut gebrummt, sodass es bei dem Lärm kaum möglich war zu schlafen. Zudem gab es keinen Verdunklungsvorhang, weshalb das Zimmer die gesamte Nacht hell erleuchtet war (direkt vor dem Zimmer befindet sich die Leuchtreklame des Hotels). Auch das Badezimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Duschkopf war mit dem Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens verbunden, damit überhaupt die Wasserzufuhr möglich ist.」

「Panoramic valley view from the balcony is amazing! Buses stop right outside the hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful, room is spacious and bright. I love its peaceful and harmonious ambience so much! Breakie is nice too!」

「We had a wonderful stay here for 6 days. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. Honesty bar and free coffee machines in the lounge area. Room was immaculately clean, modern and had everything we needed. Location was quiet and an 8 mins walk to cityxpress lift. Friendly staff. Small pool and lovely sauna. Great value for money. 」

「Kaikki sujui toiveidemme mukaan eikä meillä ollut mitään valittamista. Nätti hotelli useine mahdollisuuksineen, lapsille/nuorille sopiva ajanviettohuone oli hyvä. Sijainti n 2km kävelyetäisyydellä gondolista oli meille ok.」

「All the staff were great. The spa facility is very impressive with great views from roof top pool and the Finnish sauna room. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room on arrival which was a lovely touch. We were skiing and the hotel is a long way up a steep hill to the gondola. There is a public bus or you can pay for ski lockers at the bottom of the gondola. My only criticism of the hotel is the evening food options were disappointing and means that you really need to go out to find...
