"The air conditioner worked well. We didn't have time for the pool nor did we see a pool. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The only issue we had was with the television remote not working due to not being programmed correctly. It was ok, we managed to watch from our telephones but really wanted to watch the Olympics without having to get up and turn the television volume up or down. We will stay there again. "

"The front desk staff was extremely rude. Someone opened my door at 10:30pm. I was sound asleep. Phone in the room was broken. So I used my cell. Dee, front desk, dismissed my concern about my door being opened. She was so very rude. Luckily I carry door safety devices which prevents anyone from actually coming in. I hardly slept after that incident. I will contact the hotel management about this problem and staff member. "

"Not sure if we received this particular room because we booked through Hotels.com but it was terrible in comparison to a prior stay at this location. Definitely didn’t need a white noise machine to sleep between the noise from the AC/Heat unit, the compressor on the refrigerator and the knocking in the wall from the water pipes. Staff was great. Room not so much. "

"This place is so peaceful! My grandkids love the room to run outside and the tree house. My 2yr old grand-daughter, who loves unicorns, kept calling the horses unicorns and was excited as to how close they actually got to them. There is a lot of room inside, and the rooms are great sizes. This is our 2nd time staying here, and we will be renting again when we return to Victoria. "
