「It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not...

「Lovely small place just right for myself , wife and our Jack Russell, decent size kitchen and we had free Netflix which was a bonus.」

「The actual property is great, located down a quiet laneway. Unfortunately, we came when it was around 30 degrees C. Sleeping upstairs only exacerbated the issue. We stayed 3 nights, unfortunately again there was a party not far away with amplified band and singer (not very good) on our last night which droned on till midnight. The property is very good, although I’m 193 cm and had to constantly duck my head when going into the kitchen/meals area. Well presented, well stocked.」

「Lovely cottage with comfy beds, TV with DVDs, games, kitchen utensils, enclosed garden for the dogs and of course, fab one hour daily use of the indoor pool.」

「Lovely little cottage very well equipped and very clean. A bottle of bubbly and chocolates and a pint of milk in the fridge awaited us. Great location for visiting all the lovely villages in North Norfolk and the coast.」

「Very clean room, nice hosts, wonderful hot tub, amazing garden. No bad experiences. We are really happy that we chosen them. Looking forward to visit them again ones.」

「The room was upgraded to a 2 bed from 1 bed, a pleasant surprise. There are two bathrooms. The room has good facilities and amenities, including all you need for making a meal; and salt and pepper, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The oven trays are dirty from previous usage, so I told the reception. The flat has no air con, but two fans. It is still bearable despite the heat wave.」

「A lovely little cabin, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. Even the bed was comfortable which was a huge bonus. It is obvious that the cabin is a labour of love for the hosts and not just a business. This is seen in the thoughtful way it is furnished and all the little extra touches around the place. The welcome pack was a nice suprise and very welcome. So nice to have their own honey and eggs .... yummy!.The hosts are warm and welcoming just like their cabin. We will return.」

「This is a good base . Very comfortable, well appointed and has the addition of a great hot tub nicely tucked away at the rear. We felt the fridge facilities was inadequate as it was too small and made difficult to keep enough product chilled. Good sized bathroom but shower not 4*.Bed very comfortable ,heating adequate. The couple that own the bungalow are very nice and will always help out if needed.」

「The place was very accessibly to the city centre. The room was very clean, but some of the decor was a little tired. The bed was so comfortable. Lits of hot water for the shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money」

「Lovely stay! So many nice little touches - coffee milk etc. perfect for a long weekend! 」

「Super property, quiet and secluded location - host was amazing - great stay. 」

「We had a brilliant stay at Coot cottage, though compact it had everything we needed. Having the onsite pool and tennis courts were handy as was enjoying the surrounding countryside.」

「We couldn’t fault our stay from start to finish. The hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly and more than happy to help with any questions. The house is extremely clean and comfortable and well kitted out with everything you need. Garden is stunning and the hot tub is fantastic, particularly in the evening watching the sun set. Will definitely be back to visit next year!」

「Stayed for a festival out at Earlham Park. Did not have a vehicle, buses to from Norwich and the Uni are quite convenient. Walked most days. 1 mile to Earlham, 2 miles to Norwich. The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedroom space, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Common living space is a little sparce, but we spent little time outside of sleeping, so not an issue in the least. 15 minutes by Uber to the airport. There's a Tesco and a Food Coop a short walk through the...

「Really enjoyed staying at Wagtail, the facilities at Cranmer Cottages are comprehensive! The pool with private allotted sessions is a real bonus, we had lovely weather too! Lots to do in the area and all just a modest drive away!」

「Lovely barn with all the extras to make it feel very welcoming, been coming here for the last few years as my family love it and already booked for next year x」

「We stayed in the Tern cottage for a week with our toddler and baby and had an amazing time. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you would need for a family week away, is very spacious, and furnished to a high standard. The garden was perfect both for our dog and for BBQs. The indoor pool was a real highlight which we used everyday. The cottage is perfectly located in the centre of North Norfolk so you can get to most popular locations within 30-40 minutes maximum. This was the higher...
