「I have been to more than 30 states in the United States, and this hotel is the worst. In order to save costs, since the pillows, jackets and sheets have not been changed, there are guests' hair and greasy black on the pillows, and the sheets have traces of burnt body hair and cigarette butts, the room is not soundproofed, and even a pack of coffee is not provided, we spend 83 dollars to live in such a terrible room. There's only $40 worth of service here, and it's rare for me to judge a service...

「We chose this hotel because we need to do laundry after 6 days on the road, for price and location. The pictures online are beautiful and the exterior of the motel is quite pleasant, nice setting. The first thing we notice is that the main office occupied with family watching TV and the door notice says they have Covid, use the night window. OK... then we see the laundry room; filthy, machines rusty. We question the attendant about that and he says 'they work fine and are clean inside, but let...
