Nice Onsen, rooms ok. Everything a bit dated. Carpets should be replaced ASAP before they come to life, gross. Free drinks in the evening on top floor was a nice touch, everyone was so happy in that room

The property is huge. The room is very spacious and clean, thought the furniture is a little antique, the staff were courteous and efficient, though they speak only Japanese but they try to converse with you in English. There is a big outdoor carpark. The breakfast was excellent , large variety, well presented, healthy options available, remember to return your used cutlery and tray to the nearest rack after your meal. There is not much to do in the hotel except for onsen and table tennis. The forest surrounding the hotel provides a breathtaking view. Have to venture out, there is plenty to explore.

子どもの誕生日で利用させていただきましたが、直前にもかかわらずメッセージカードの作成やケーキの準備などしていただきありがとうございました。 到着してすぐにラウンジへ行くと、飲み物やお菓子がたくさん置いてあり、お菓子は小さい子供向けのものもたくさんあり子供も大人も大満足でした。 ビュッフェも知人から聞いていた書いていた通り種類が豊富で味もとても美味しかったです。 エアコンはよく効いていましたが、温度調節ができないので到着時は少し暑くかんじましたが 気温の下がる夜はちょうどよかったです。 枕がやわらかくて低く少し寝にくかったので、かための分厚いものも置いてくださるとよりいいかなと思いました。 全体的には大変満足です！また利用したいホテルです。

部屋からの景色も気持ちよく、部屋もきれいでした。夜、ラウンジでおつまみとお酒を含むドリンクなど飲み放題は家族で楽しみました。 朝食も、最近泊まったどこよりも充実して、大変美味しかったです。元旦の朝ごはんに選んで大正解でした。また、宿泊したいと思いました。1番の難点は、みんなが動く時間のエレベーターの効率の悪さです。お風呂、ラウンジ、朝食、どこに行くのも何回も満員でスルーしました。エレベーター３台ではどうしょうもないのでしょうね。
