“My daughter just graduated from University of Missouri. I was shocked to find out that Mr Rollins was one of its founding fathers. Our stay could not have been any better. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were endless. We also loved the Chance gardens just across the street. Thank-you for the great memories made.”

It is secluded and private and quiet and that is exactly what we were looking for. The cabin had everything we needed and then some. “It’s a very comfortable,roomy and well cared for property. We all enjoyed our rooms and comfortable beds. Loved community space even got to play cards on the big dinning room table. Close enough to downtown to easily walk, shop and eat. We plan on coming back. Hopefully when the Museum across the street is open. Great stay.”

This Vrbo provided anything you could need while staying there. We highly recommend for other people.”

“The house was perfect for a weekend at the lake! The kitchen provided ample space and resources for meal prep. The grill and fire pit were an added bonus. The beds were comfy. The location was perfect as it is only a few miles from the marina and a few miles from Monroe City. The 20 minute drive to Sweetwater Distillery is a must!”

“This is a very relaxing stay. We came to visit family and intend to stay again. They have everything you need for your stay minutes the food. We spent the vast majority of our time on the front patio relaxing in the shade. We would highly recommend the Holder House! It’s a short 3 miles trip to the boat ramp if that’s your thing and the home owners alike you to park your boat and vehicle inside of their two car garage.”

“Grace Place was ideal for my stay because of its location, less than 10 minutes from Green Pastures Farm where I attended a grazing event. Kimberly has done a great job setting up Grace Place for guests, and does a great job as a hostess!”

“The bed was hard as a rock. The one chair was not comfortable. The chair needed to be steam cleaned. I put a towel over the ottoman because it also looked like it needed to be cleaned. The help was great the room was clean. I just was disappointed in the chair and mattress.”
