“We had a fun visit at the Yellow House on the farm while in the area. It was lovely, quiet and peaceful. Mornings on the porch watching turkeys, roosters and deer was something you just can't do at home. Rachel was a terrific host. Very helpful and accommodating. The milk and cookies were a nice touch. We hope to stay there again and have already recommended this place to friends who will be traveling through. ”

“I am actually a local a few towns over and needed a weekend getaway and decide to try skiing. This condo was super cute and the perfect size. It had everything you needed and more. My suggestion to anyone staying is to explore the property when you arrive so you know where everything is at. I am horrible with directions and couldn’t find the pool. “From the moment we pulled down the driveway we knew this place was special. Such an amazing location by a beautiful wide creek with trees, flowers and wildlife surrounding this historic stone cottage. Inside the decor was so welcoming and cozy. The living area was comfy and the kitchen just the right size. The owner is so caring and provided snacks, filtered water (the tap water has a little bit of an odor), coffee and even creamer! “Absolutely beautiful and cozy place to stay. It is tucked away from noise, but is within a 10 minute drive to many restaurants and stores. The house was perfect for our getaway to Raystown (about 15 minutes) and Delgrossos (about 35 minutes). The host was wonderful and checked in with us on VRBO. The fire pit is a perfect place to make s'mores and to play corn hole. Everything was neat and clean. If we come back to Raystown, we would absolutely stay here again. ”
