「We thought Goldings was a lovely cottage in a lovely location but not without its faults, mainly the lighting which was awful, gloomy and only one light for a double bed, which was ridiculously bright ! Would be nice to provide a few coat hangers. 「We found Mafeking a clean and nice cottage with a large kitchen and a lot of space. The snug is very cosy and a gem for bookreaders.
The village Benenden is charming and has a great community shop.

「Lovely cosy hut was great for the weekend. All the added little touches I the kitchen area and fridge was nice.
The shower was powerful enough for us to have a good shower and the hot tub was great to relax and look across the fields. The log burner was great and heated the hut up nicely.
We booked a table for evening meal
at the on site restaurant for the Friday and we both really enjoyed it also a great choice of beer and spirits i myself am a fan off Belgium beer and they didn't...

「Well worth getting back to nature. A pleasant view as well. More home comforts than a shepherd would have had - certainly nice and cosy. The stove really puts out some heat. Give it a go, it’s a different accomodation!」
