Make Polly’s Place your next space for a family vacation! Roomy enough for your family - people and canine members alike - with a maximum occupancy of up to 10 people and 2 dogs, 5 bedrooms more than accommodating for up to 5 couples with privacy for an adults relaxing vacation, and a remodeled kitchen in 2018! The ground level suite was remodeled in 2019 with new flooring and a bright expansive new bathroom. The splashes of bright and beachy colors throughout refresh your spirit while the ocean view provides soothing comfort. Spend time together in the open living and dining areas, repose in the rockers on the ocean side porch, or retreat to the bedrooms for seaside solitude. Beautiful Getaway

My husband and I stayed at the property for 6 weeks to get away from the Michigan winter. The location and view are wonderful! We also brought our 2 dogs with us and they loved their many walks on the beach. Our adult children also visited one of the weeks, and we had plenty of room. The main floor open concept is great. Only negative is that the house needs some updates and minor repairs throughout, but nothing major. Host was very responsive to issues and requests.

Perfect!

This oceanfront property could not have been more perfect for my family. The home had everything we could possibly need for a great stay. Very clean home. Beautifully renovated. Great location. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great beach stay even with tropical storm

Even with Tropical Storm Ophelia rolling through during our weeks stay we had a great time. We whiled away the stormy period playing games, reading, and putting together a couple of puzzles.

We had a ball!!The house, Polly’s Place, was awesome. We could nit have gad a better house ir a better time. Thank you. We’d like to rent again next year, a week earlier, if that’s ok.

Clean, comfortable place right on the beach.

We could not have asked for a better Spring Break for my family. The place is spacious and immaculate. They have made updates on exactly the right places, the kitchen, and the bathrooms. It's on the South end of the island where there are far fewer crowds and quieter restaurants and bars which is precisely what we look for as a family. Two things worth noting that in no way distracted from our stay. 1) the large bedroom with the updated bathroom is adjacent to the garage, on the ground floor. You need to exit the main floor and re-enter a door to the garage, outside of the house, to access this room. My in-laws stayed in that room and enjoyed the privacy, but it's worth pointing out that it is separate. 2) We have stayed (many years ago) in North Topsail and noticed that at this location the beach is full of shells. While it's fun for the kids to hunt for them, they're so prevalent that it's sometimes uncomfortable to walk barefoot. It also made it difficult for my oldest to skimboard at certain tides. With that said, my family would absolutely stay at this place again. The expansive deck and immediate access to the beach were exactly what the doctor ordered.

Great house in a good location with plenty of room for the family

We really enjoyed the openness of the house, the great views, and the big deck. Large table for family meals and walking distance to the little town of topsail beach. Quite and relaying. All the bedrooms are good size and the 5 bedroom on the first floor was great for the two teenagers.
