Terrible

Very dirty, carpet in first room was soaked and smelled bad. The shower faucets weren’t working. We used our neighbors shower for the kids. (Thank God it was family there but besides the point. I was paying for mine not theirs.) it didn’t look like the place had been cleaned at all. I was very upset that nothing was done about the wet spot or the faucet. I will never stay at a ward realty property ever again it was a waste of money.

Perfect for what we were looking for!

The location is amazing and close to everything in Surf City. It's a small place and we weren't sure about it being a shared property but it was perfect for what we were looking for. Not to mention it's right on the beach with an amazing view! Plus it was clean and quiet. For what we were looking for for a quick weekend family beach trip, it was perfect!! We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.
