Stay at Ocean Blvd, Topsail

Great location, quiet neighborhood. If you are looking for a relaxing, do-nothing stay at the beach, this is definitely a place to go.

I used to rent this duplex back in the 90s and since it was only me for this last minute trip thought I’d rent it again. Great location I’m very familiar with - super quiet- everything was clean and worked except the dishwasher, and I had been warned of that in advance. However, be aware that the property hasn’t been updated at all, so while purely cosmetic be prepped for peeling wallpaper, rusty fridge, crusty carpets, etc. Also be aware that while oceanfront none of these Serenity Point houses have a view of the surf from the lower floor or deck (obscured by protective dunes). So overall a nice place with some caveats. Communication from the realty company was good.
