The master suite on the first floor features a king bed and ensuite bath, with a queen guest room and kids' bunk room (twin bunks + convertible couch) on the same level. Upstairs, a second queen guest room has an enclave with a desk — for staying on top of work, if you must.

We've thought of the details so you don't have to. Linens, towels, and essential paper products are included. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and essentials, and our "pay it forward" pantry comes loaded with seasonings, condiments, and basics — take what you need, leave what you can for the next guests.


For beach days, we provide a beach cart, chairs, a pickleball set, and beach games. Need body boards, surf gear, or bikes? Sweet Dreams and 50 South Surf both deliver directly to the house. Use Instacart to have groceries from Publix delivered to your door, or grab fresh seafood from Lewis Seafood market a few blocks north.
