You'll be walking on Sunshine when you stay at this fresh and updated lower level duplex! The h-design floor plan provides an open area for living, dining, and kitchen with stunning Atlantic Ocean views. Two bedrooms and a shared bath between on each side of the living space create space for quiet solitude. Both oceanfront bedrooms also offer dazzling Atlantic Ocean views. Step down to the beach and curl your toes in the sand via the beach access walkway with convenient rinse-off shower shared with Walking on Sunshine - Pelican level. Other facilities shared with Walking on Sunshine - Pelican level include the laundry area, ample parking, and main entry stairway.

Perfect days at the beach

kitchen was well equipped and the view was gorgeous, only suggestion is to add another step off the walkway to the beach, the last step was a doozie!

Relaxing week

Enjoyed a relaxing vacation at this lovely property. The house was very clean. Plenty of room for 6 of us. The view from the porch was amazing. Check-in and out was a very easy process. Would definitely rent again.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay and the house had a lot of wonderful amenities. The ocean front view and private walk were fantastic. Our only recommendation would be to add more fans as to the home was a bit stuffy and the thermostat was set to 75 which is warm for us. Also the walkway as a large drop off at the end which was challenging for our dad who is in his 80s and our sister in her 60s.
