「The location of the property was OK because it’s near the beach but as far as the customer service, I’ve stayed there over 15 times and twice I had an issue with one of the employees which I rather not see his name. He was very rude. I’ve only dealt with them twice and each time he was very rude. I advised him that I will report to the manager. He said he already spoke to his manager about me mind you I only seen this guy twice in my life. The first time he threatened to call the police on me...

「Everything about our stay was great! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and overall a perfect experience. The only thing that caught us by surprise was that one of the pillowcases had a big burnt mark and smelled a little off. We simply put it to the side and moved on, and honestly, it didn’t affect our stay at all. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay!」

「Overall, the view from the room wasn't great. I booked a two-night stay in a room with a sea view, but the front desk gave us a room on the third floor. I asked if we could have a higher floor, but they said they didn't have any. So, when I entered the room, I could only see half of the sea view, which wasn't a very good experience. Also, the front desk staff didn't speak much English. My husband is American, and he said their English wasn't good, making communication difficult.」
