Great house/great location

Besides being at a great house, it was a couple block walk to Walgreens, a strip mall with several REALLY GOOD restaurants, and shoppingWe BBQ’d at the house a couple times and it was nice having eating table right there to eat, and swimThe only bad thing is VRBO’s ridiculous late check in (4pm) and early checkout (10am). The cleaners were waiting out front at 9:40am for us to leave

Perfect location

This home is so perfectly located it is hard to describe. The beach is literally steps from the house. The patio allowed for all our outdoor dining with the sound of the ocean as we ate. The pool was a nice addition.

It truly was perfect!

We’ve stayed in VRBO homes on Anna Maria Island 3 different times now, and this home was the best yet! From the home itself that had everything we could ever need, to the pool, to the location so close to the ocean, to the closeness of some excellent restaurants and shops, it truly was absolutely perfect. Thank you Bill and Sara for sharing your amazing home with our family of 6. We will definitely be back!

It's on a dead end street - beachfront - but close to everything. It is pretty much in the middle of where you want to be to Anna Maria and Bradenton Beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a few stores in walking distance. We loved this place.

The location is perfection. Beautiful views from every room (we used), the kitchen was stocked nicely, the furnishings were in very good condition. Very nice to have a private pool to dunk in after a day at the beach. Very nice proximity to the grocery store and restraunts. We enjoyed Hurricane Hanks. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and we will be back for another visit!

The pool was well used as well as the grill. You are walking distance to Walgreens and a great little shopping mall with ice cream, bagels and beach shopping as well as a dollar store. Another wonderful vacation ... the only issue is the rates have gone up some much, we can not afford to return. :(.

The house is in a fabulous spot. We had breakfast on the deck overlooking the beach and also enjoyed every sunset there as well. We went to the beach in the morning and enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. The house is quite large with many places to hang out together or enjoy a quiet moment by yourself. I highly recommend the house! Lots of pool and beach toys and also plenty of kitchen items as we had small children and ate in more than we have in past years when we didn’t have the grandkids.

2024 vacation

My wife walking disabilities were minimized due to the close location of the property to the beach. The family (children and grandchildren) loved the house amenities. For example, the balconies overlooking the beach also provided a spectacular sunset view. The elevator greatly assisted with the luggage and minimizing the physical effort for my wife to travel between floors. The swimming pool was perfect for both the children and grandchildren. My wife enjoyed the pool benefits due to the easy access to the pool. The kitchen appliances performed perfectly. The BBQ grill and nearby cooler was embraced by the adults. I personally, was up at 5am each morning to enjoy the moonlight view of the beach and harmony of the surf below the starlight. An absolutely perfect vacation property and property location.

It Was Perfect

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at Absolutely Perfect for a week. In total there was six of us. The home is as advertised - clean, right on the beach and well appointed. The management team is very prepared and responsive. I will point out a few items that can be improved on - there are not many. This property is beginning to show signs of wear and tear in some places. For example the bathroom toilet or shower on the main floor leaked that we had to soak up daily. The pool heater kept turning off - it was chilly (60-70 degrees) while we were there and the pool is quite shaded and too cold to enjoy. Lastly the home needs screens for the windows. Seemed odd not to have and bugs/mosquitos were an issue. All other aspects of our stay was perfect. The home is a gem.
