1st day- stale cigarette smell was overwhelming - had to buy air fresheners throughout the week, dog hair on sectional was not cleaned-had to vacuum with a broken vacuum- no beach accessories and this was not listed as with rentals on beach it is assumed that beach accessories are part of the rental. Had to find rentals- would have been okay if we knew in advance. Property entrance gait broken. Not enough info on parking space, garage and getting into the property. Rental agency was very responsive and took action with getting back with information. Mattress and pillows were marginal. Beautiful beach and location.

Excellent condo/location. Very, very disappointed that the elevator was not working. Disappointed we weren’t informed it wasn’t working prior to our arrival.
