Great Location...but...

We rented for 4 weeks Positives, Great location on the island. Unit was ok, could use a freshing up. Although the management company responded to our texts and phone calls their responsiveness to fixing issues in a timely manner was greatly disappointing Ex: unable to access unit upon arrival, air conditioning didn't work and took 4 days to repair and ice maker worked every other week.
