When you arrive at LaBella Casa, you’ll notice the towering palm trees and the perfectly manicured lawn that surrounds the home, the balcony, and the porch space on the ground floor. Just inside on the second floor, you’ll walk into the common area. This area is open-concept and delicately decorated with light blues and pale yellows. The kitchen is large and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island with a breakfast bar for three. Just beyond the kitchen is the dining area. The dining table seats six guests and there is access to the balcony via sliding glass doors in this room. The living room is the epitome of relaxing as it offers a large sectional couch, two matching yellow armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. Guests can also access the balcony from the living room’s sliding glass doors. The balcony is spacious, has an outdoor lounge seating , and views of the Gulf.

It has a king-sized bed, matching wicker-style furniture, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is spacious and offers a double vanity, large jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the third bedroom features two twin beds. The second full-sized bathroom is shared between the second and third bedrooms and has a shower-tub combo. LaBella Casa has a full-sized washer and dryer for guests to use.

LaBella Casa’s amenities don’t stop here, though. On the ground floor, there is a game room with a pool table, a ping pong table, a bar-height table, and additional seating. The game room also features a full sized refrigerator for guest use. Additionally, the ground floor patio has a picnic table, hanging chairs, adirondack seating and beautiful turf. Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted.
