Great location. Nice house. Needs a little attention to outdoor patio and interior, but very clean.

Good. Close to beach.

Everything was nice. The owners just needs to be more involved in the wear and tear of certain things and replace them. The beach chairs provided were old and very rusty therefore their nice beach towels got rust on them. No beach umbrella was provided. That’s essential for your guests. Lastly, mold stains on ceiling by every air vent need to be cleaned appropriately every month for the health of their renters! Mike Norman property mgmt was great and were very helpful when called.
