Great house

Perfect for families. The kids absolutely loved their room. The rest of the house is great too. There is a lot of seating in the living room and kitchen, and a nice TV with Roku. Backyard is awesome, tons of seating, picnic table, ping pong and a grill as well. The AMI rentals team was quick to respond to texts as well, so that was convenient. The other bedrooms are nice, but the beds are very hard. That would be the lone complaint out of our group.

Dream vacation rental

My family enjoyed every minute of our Blue Coral Beach House stay! You can tell the owner really thought of everything a guest may need to be comfortable in this rental. The beds are a dream to sleep in, the decor beachy and cozy, and the kitchen nicely outfitted. We especially loved the pool and backyard area and a true tropical oasis in every sense of the word. Plenty of seating, a hot tub, and we spent the majority of our evenings relaxing here. The home is only a block from the beach, too! We 10/10 recommend this rental to anyone looking for a beautiful beach house to enjoy on Anna Maria Island. Thank you to the management company for the easy communication and friendly help with rebooking us for next year. 5 stars!

Family Vaca

House was nice. The pool is smaller than the pictures show. I am 5'8 and stood with my head out of the water in the deep end. The kids enjoyed it anyway. The Mosquitoes were brutal.. Daytime, and nighttime. Bring bug spray. and Maybe citronella candles for around the pool while you swim. Air conditioning in the house was not able to keep up with the Florida temps, around 1:00 everyday it struggled. It was set on 70 and would reach 78 most evenings. We called the property manger a few times. they sent out a repair crew, who informed us that there was only one unit for the house, and that a house that size should have two. Even though we were hot, it was still a nice house. Very close to the Holmes Beach! about 1.5 blocks. P.S. Ice machine in the fridge is very small. We bought a bag at publix.
