Fun in Anna Maria

The house accommodated all 7 of us very nicely. There was a quick walk to the beach and drive to town. Publix was close by for convenience. The house hot tub and pool were very nice. The Feast restaurant had really good food. Hanks Hurricane was hard to get into.

We truly found our home away from home – can't wait to come back!

We had the best family getaway at the Beach and Boat House! The kids couldn’t get enough of the private pool and spa, and being just a short walk from the beach was a huge bonus. We spent our days fishing from the dock, and we even spotted some manatees—so cool! The bedrooms were super comfortable, and after our busy days, we loved hanging out in the game room playing foosball and ping pong. Plus, the outdoor dining area was perfect for family dinners. With those gorgeous canal views all around, it really felt like a little slice of paradise. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend it to anyone looking to vacation on Anna Maria Island - 5 stars all around.

Our favorite rental place on AMI hands down

We had an incredible stay at the Beach and Boat House! This beautiful canal-front rental is just a quick five-minute walk to the beach, which made enjoying sunny days on Anna Maria Island especially enjoyable. The island has such a charming vibe with awesome shops and delicious local dining. The private pool and in-ground spa were perfect for relaxing. The living area was bright and comfy, and beautifully decorated, we enjoyed cooking meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom felt like a cozy retreat—especially the primary suite with its amazing spa tub. A big shoutout to AMI Locals for their fantastic customer service, making everything easy.

Beautiful Home

The home is exactly as it appears online. Hot Tub was hot, which was perfect for the cooler weather. Island is up and running but still many restaurants not open. Salt and Waterfront were amazing restaurants. We were happy to support the Island. The only downside was AMI only supplies minimal essentials like 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls of toilet paper, etc. For the price, there should be basics like salt & pepper, cooking oil, etc and enough toilet paper for your stay. I would give 5 star across the board if it wasn't for the essentials being so minimal.
