This home was perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was short and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool was the kid’s favorite part. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for a week with our parents and 3 small children. The pool and hottub were nice and heated. The house clean and exactly like the pictures. A short walk to the beach. We can’t wait to go back again next year!

Wonderful place and great location

This is a wonderful home at a great location. Pool was great for kids. Was disappointed in the cleanliness of house and bedding. We washed all linens and cleaned a lot when we got in. Kids had been there before us and colored on walls and furniture and it could be removed. We did some. Left some as not our job. Overall I would recommend but take cleaning supplies.

You, me, and the sea property.

Great location. The beach is literally down the street. The beach was never crowded in this area. Sea turtles and manatees in the area were amazing. The “no-see-ums” insects are really heavy in this area. Bring your bug repellent and sunscreen and you will be fine. The house was well kept and we loved our stay. I do believe there is some raccoons around but they didn’t bother us at all. They only came out at night. Would 10/10 recommend this property to anyone.

We loved this property! The location was the best part - less than 2 block walk to the beach. The pool was also a great feature along with the outdoor shower. The beds were comfortable. The property manager was extremely responsive. On a Sunday when we were there it seemed one of the AC units was not working. We called and they had someone out on a Sunday evening within a half hour. Right before he arrived it started working but he checked both units just to be sure. One morning the garage door opener stopped working. We called and it was fixed that day. One morning when we were walking on the beach we came across the Turtle Patrol and they had rescued 9 baby sea turtles and were releasing them into the ocean so we got to watch and it was amazing! We would totally stay here again!

Great Location!

Overall, good. Bathroom sinks drain slowly. Shower light was out. Two of three plastic chairs around the pool were broken. One collapsed while my daughter was in it (she’s fine!) Otherwise, as advertised and a great location to a quiet, relaxing beach. (In all fairness, the items were so minimal that I didn’t report them)

The property was very nice. The pool was beautiful and appears fairly new. The proximity to the beach was definitely a plus! The home was very kid friendly.

Great for our family beach vacation

This property had all we wanted for a week at the beach! Our kids loved the pool and being close to the beach access made it really easy for us to go back and forth from the house. Inside was laid out really cute and comfortable, nice kitchen and living room area for hanging out together. We liked the location too, close enough to places to eat and shop without being too busy. Checked all our boxes and the management company was great.
