Staff is always helpful and courteous. Very considerate as well. During this trip I accidently left 2 bags in the reception area and they contacted me to verify if they were mine. I was able to have family nearby retrieve and secure the bags for me.

I had a great stay at the Storm Lake Super 8. The staff is very friendly, and the motel is very clean and comfortable. They even let me borrow a phone charger from the front desk since I forgot mine at home, very nice. I will definitely stay here again.
