With ample seating, a Smart TV and a central dining table, this beautifully lit room also features a stylishly arranged and fully equipped kitchen area to one side. Back downstairs you will have a choice of two cosy bedrooms – a charming twin and a relaxing king-size room – alongside a refreshing bathroom. Outside, the leafy shared gardens offer plenty of space for al fresco dining as younger guests run around the play area. There’s also a shared games room with a table tennis table. Private off-road parking is available for one car.

Lying on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Whitstone, this characterful retreat is ideally located between Bude (8.5 miles) and Launceston (11 miles), making a great base for discovering an unforgettable part of North Cornwall. Bude is known for its stunning beaches, popular with families, water sports fans and surfers. Walkers can head north to explore the rugged and secluded Hartland Heritage Coast (10 miles). Inland there’s a wealth of fascinating historic sites, natural landmarks and popular activity centres, with Roadford Lake, Hidden Valley and Penhallam Manor all within 16 miles.
