    This wonderful home has a reverse-level layout to make the most of the breathtaking panoramic views of the sea. On the ground floor, the kitchen exudes cottage character and offers ample space for preparing a hearty breakfast or delicious evening meal. Next to the kitchen is one of the two bedrooms—a twin room featuring zip-and-link single beds, which can be transformed into a super-king-size double bed upon request. This room also boasts its own en-suite shower room. Ascend to the upper level and discover a comfortable open-plan living area where you can unwind on the sofa, cosy up in front of the wood burner during cooler evenings, and take in the captivating views. The adjacent lookout bay, with its additional seating and dining table, showcases uninterrupted vistas of Morston Creek and Blakeney Point through its magnificent three-sided floor-to-ceiling windows and wrap around balcony. Completing the property is the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and en-suite shower facilities.
